Skills Assessment

Currently our friend or work colleagues are the ones who establish how the daily work environment   should be, in addition our bosses are the delegates to motivate us, congratulate us if we did a good job, teach us to improve or something new that can surpass us in our skills and show us about what my responsibilities would be.  s tasks to be performed at that time

With the passage of time, my manager will be able to give you  feedback  on  my  work, examining with you what  my  strengths and weaknesses are, continually highlighting what things I do better or what I am better at, but also  helping us to change  our  weaknesses into higher capacities.

Skill assessment reports help managers understand the skills of individuals and teams, as well as identify areas where training is needed. One kind of report, an employee skill matrix, is a grid that maps required job skills to the proficiencies of current employees who need them. (Avilar Team, 2020)

In addition, you can ask them to have constructive criticism and how you could improve, taking training courses, reading more about your functionalities, studying any diploma or doing a certification to gain more understanding in the matter. With the purpose of finding out what makes us unique and what differentiates us from others.

It is important to mention that it is essential that throughout the working days we give ourselves some time to find out and ask What are the requirements and borders you need to acquire what we want in the future?  or do they have to be the positions through which I had to go or pass to obtain the primary capacities of performing that work?

Once we discuss this with our manager about a new job you want to acquire in the company, it is important to promote ourselves as the ideal candidate for that position, even if there is someone occupying that position today. Do not forget to go since any day that position can be yours. Why according to reports "just18% of employers conduct an assessment before deciding on what training to offer each employee. A further 36% do so only for select staff" (The benefits of skills assessments | Hays,2021).

However, let us not forget that it is essential to always teach the interest and each of the triumphs that can be   learned and acquired for this. It is important to continue learning in the following way as training us or learning from others and always asks beyond what others do, because it makes us see that we are interested in learning more.
